1.竹笋切小段后焯水备用。

2.木耳泡发后洗净。

3.排骨放入冷水浸泡岀血水后洗净。

4.焯水冲洗干净。

5.排骨放入砂锅中加水、料酒、姜片、葱结。

6.烧开后撇去浮沫。

7.加盖继续小火炖40分钟左右。

8.然后加入竹笋、木耳,盐煮七八分钟。
